- CTCaroline TurriffMay 11, 20261.0DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Their prices are very high and their customer service is APPALLING. I spent almost £10,000 on a Howdens Kitchen in 2022. This included a Howdens own brand dishwasher Lamona which is WORST CONSUMER PRODUCT I HAVE EVER HAD since I bought my first flat in 1992. I have been trying to get this dishwasher replaced from before it was 6 months old as it was so inadequate. Even if you clean the spray arms and filter every time you use it three quarters of the crockers comes out FILTHY. See pictures attached to this review. I have been fobbed off with multiple repairs that didn't work and my latest correspondence - with pictures - has been totally ignored. Do not buy anything from this store.
